Megamouth Sharks Caught in Taiwan

Following our 28 June weekly newsletter regarding six rare megamouth sharks caught in four days in Taiwan, the Environment & Animal Society of Taiwan (known as EAST) has just released a document asking for regulations to conserve the species, urging the Taiwanese government to enact a a mandatory catch and release mechanism, bolster scientific research, and implement other recommendations.
