Ben Fackler, Trustee

Ben brings a depth of legal experience, including matters affecting corporate governance and strategy, to our organization in his role as Trustee.

A partner at Allen Matkis in the firm’s San Francisco office, Ben advises clients on complex transactions and works with a broad range of clients, from individuals and investment firms to public and private companies, on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border takeovers, contested situations and shareholder activism, as well as financing and general corporate and securities matters.

Past experiences include Partner at the investment firm Casablanca Capital LP, Director with Lazard Ltd and a corporate attorney with the firm, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
